The booking

A form on this website is a request, not a confirmed jeep. We confirm by email or WhatsApp. After that, a $30 deposit holds the vehicle. The balance is paid on arrival. The quote is for your group in a private jeep of up to six guests and includes the park ticket, taxes, and water unless we have said a transfer is extra.

The park

Udawalawe National Park is managed by the Department of Wildlife Conservation. Their rules apply inside the gate, including where a jeep may stop. We follow the ranger and the driver on the day. Wildlife is wild. Sightings are not guaranteed, and a missed animal is not a reason for a refund.

Your group

Arrive at the agreed pickup time. Children under 5 ride free and use a seat. Tell us about mobility, pregnancy, or very young children when you request the jeep so we can say if the drive is suitable. The open vehicle is dusty and the dawn start is early.

Changes

Park fees and gate times can change. If a change moves your quote, we tell you before you pay the balance. Cancellation terms are on the refunds page.
