- Cancel or change the date more than 48 hours before pickup and we return the deposit in full.
- Inside 48 hours, the deposit is kept to cover the jeep we held for you. The balance, if you have not paid it, is not due.
- If the park closes, or we cancel, you can move the date or have every amount you have paid returned.
- Leaving the park early because of weather or because animals were elsewhere is not a refund. The drive still ran.
